Andy Glasspool – Managing Director

Andy is a highly skilled senior director with extensive experience in mobilising and delivering global total facilities management contracts. He has led multi-disciplinary self-delivery teams and large subcontractor networks across sectors including central and local government, defence, healthcare, life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Andy is recognised for his ability to manage complex service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Martin O’Rourke – Head of FM

Martin is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of senior leadership experience in the built environment sector. Known for his strategic approach, technical expertise and strong client relationships, he has successfully delivered services to blue-chip organisations across finance, heritage, healthcare and mission-critical data centres. His career is defined by innovation, operational excellence and a relentless focus on driving positive outcomes for clients.

Mick Tomlinson – Director

With over 30 years of experience in the facilities management industry, Mick brings a passion for collaboration and excellence. He has held multiple directorship roles, delivering services to prestigious historic and listed buildings such as Somerset House and various courts of justice. 

 

James Vevers – Director
James has dedicated his career to the heritage sector, beginning with Kier Group before moving into senior leadership roles within specialist heritage SMEs. He spent a decade with a Royal Warrant Holding business delivering measured term contracts for clients including The Royal Household, The National Gallery and Parliamentary Estates. At Coniston Ltd, James leads the pre-construction team with a strong focus on client relationship management and building long-term partnerships.​​
